ATO-compliant GST tax invoices, with your ABN on every invoice

Tax invoices that carry the fields the ATO requires — including buyer details once a sale reaches $1,000.

In Australia, a GST-registered business must give a tax invoice within 28 days when a customer asks for one on a sale over $82.50 (including GST). The ATO sets out what makes a document a valid tax invoice — your ABN, the GST amount, and, for sales of $1,000 or more, the buyer's identity or ABN. StashBill applies those rules from your business profile automatically.

What StashBill configures for you

ABN on every invoice
Your Australian Business Number appears on every tax invoice, alongside your business name.
10% GST or GST-free per item
Mark items as taxable or GST-free, and the invoice shows the GST amount — or that the total includes GST — correctly.
Buyer details at $1,000+
For sales of $1,000 or more, the buyer's identity or ABN is added, as the ATO requires.
Labelled as a tax invoice
Every document is clearly marked as a tax invoice, so your customers can claim their GST credits.
