Terms of Service

By downloading or using StashBill, you agree to these terms. You must be authorized to act on behalf of the business whose inventory and invoices you manage in the app, and you're responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, including tax details on invoices you generate.

The Free plan is available for a single device and user at no cost, for as long as you use it. The Pro plan adds multiple devices, warehouses, and staff roles for a subscription fee, billed on the cycle you choose at signup. You can cancel Pro at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

StashBill generates invoices based on the tax settings and rates you configure. You're responsible for confirming those settings match your local tax obligations before relying on generated invoices for filing purposes.

Core features are designed to work offline. Cloud sync, backups, and other server-dependent features on Pro require an internet connection and depend on the availability of our infrastructure, which we work to keep reliable but cannot guarantee to be uninterrupted.

We may update these terms as StashBill evolves. If we make material changes, we'll notify you in-app or by email before they take effect.
