Most inventory and invoicing tools are built for businesses that already have an IT department. StashBill is built for the ones that don't — the shop that tracks stock in a notebook, the distributor whose invoices live in three different spreadsheets, the retailer who loses an afternoon every month to a tax filing. We wanted something that a solo owner could pick up in minutes, that worked whether or not the shop had reliable internet, and that didn't assume every business operates under the same tax rules.
That's the whole premise: scan it, bill it, know your stock — without needing to learn a new system or hire someone to run it.
StashBill is made by Fall Rise Infotech, a remote-first software studio based in Surat, Gujarat, India, that has spent 5+ years building web, mobile, and SaaS products for startups and businesses. StashBill isn't the team's first invoicing product — they also built Bilexor, an invoice and trade document management platform, before turning that experience toward inventory and billing for small retailers and distributors.
