StashBill is offline-first: your inventory items, invoices, and customer records are created and stored on your own device by default. On the Pro plan, that same data is synced across your devices in encrypted form so you can access it from more than one place.
We separately collect limited account information — your name, email address, and business details — to create and manage your StashBill account, and basic usage data (such as app version and crash reports) to keep the app working reliably.
Account information is used to operate your account, provide support, and send you service-related communications. Usage and crash data is used only to diagnose problems and improve the app. We do not read the contents of your invoices or inventory records for advertising purposes.
We do not sell your business data. We share information with service providers only where necessary to operate StashBill (for example, cloud infrastructure for Pro sync), and each provider is bound to use it only for that purpose. We may disclose information if required by law.
You can export your inventory and invoice data from within the app at any time. If you delete your account, your synced data is removed from our servers; data stored only on your device is controlled by you and remains there until you remove it.
