Your data stays intact. If you're using more than one device or warehouse, you'll need to consolidate to a single device before downgrading, since Free supports one at a time.
Yes, cancel whenever you like — you'll keep Pro features until the end of your current billing period, then drop back to Free.
Yes, annual Pro billing is available at a reduced effective monthly rate compared to paying month to month.
